Degree Verification Procedure

Hajvery University provides degree verification services for its students.

To initiate the verification process, please follow the below guidelines:

Submission Process for Verification Requests

1. Nationwide Verification Requests:
Please send the following documents along with the payment evidence (Bank Draft / Pay Order / Payment Receipt) via regular courier services to

  • Copy of the Transcript and Degree
  • Written consent from the student authorizing the processing of their information
  • Verification fee payment (details provided below)

2. International Verification Requests:
Send an email to verifications@hup.edu.pk with the following documents attached, along with the payment evidence:

  • Copy of CNIC and Passport
  • Copy of the Transcript and Degree
  • Written consent from the student authorizing the processing of their information
  • Verification fee payment (details provided below)

Verification Fee & Payment Details

Verification fees can be submitted through:

  • Cash Deposit / Online Transfer
  • Bank Draft / Pay Order (in favor of Hajvery University Lahore)
  • Direct payment at Hajvery University (Main Campus – Admin Block)
