Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for enhancing the quality of academic programs and support services across the university.
• Formulate policies and guidelines related to quality assurance and enhancement in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with national and international standards.
• Coordinate accreditation processes for academic programs and ensure timely submission of required documents to accrediting bodies.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to academic performance, student satisfaction, and other relevant metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct internal reviews and audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality enhancement initiatives and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external quality assurance agencies, regulatory bodies, and accrediting organizations.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by fostering innovation and implementing feedback mechanisms to address areas of concern.
• Manage the budget allocated to the Quality Enhancement Cell, ensuring effective utilization of resources to support quality enhancement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A master’s or doctoral degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
• At least 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance and enhancement in higher education, with a demonstrated track record of leadership and innovation.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance frameworks, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements in higher education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of emerging trends and best practices in quality enhancement and higher education administration.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting a culture of integrity and excellence within the university community.
