On the 16th of June 2023, students from the BS Psychology program at Hajvery University embarked on an educational tour to the Punjab Institute of Mental Health (PIMH). This excursion marked a significant opportunity for these budding psychologists to deepen their understanding of mental health and clinical psychology practices. As they stepped into the esteemed institution, they were greeted with an atmosphere buzzing with learning and exploration. Throughout the tour, students engaged in insightful discussions with professionals, gaining invaluable insights into various mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and the overall functioning of a premier mental health institute. This experience not only broadened their academic horizons but also ignited a deeper sense of empathy and compassion towards individuals grappling with mental health challenges.
