Job Eligibility

• Head of Departments is responsible for the uplift of departmental standards, industry-academia linkages, students’ success and mentoring, steering faculty members, degree programs, standards, and operation of the respective departments. 
• To ensure the academic excellence of their departments through raising quality standards, assisting the Management in implementing the policy framework in true letter and spirit given by the Academic Council. 

Eligibility Criteria:

• • Ph.D. from an HEC-recognized educational institution in the relevant area 
  • At least 15 years of Teaching and/or research experience in any HEC-recognized educational institution or professional experience in a national or international organization
  • At least 15 research publications, out of which, at least 5 publications in the last 5 years in HEC recognized journal
  • Served as full Professor for at least 5 years
  • Established leadership, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills
